Account Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old to open an account with Bestodds and to play any real-money game on our site. We serve Canadian players located outside Ontario. If you access Bestodds from Ontario, from a country where online gambling is restricted, or from any jurisdiction we exclude, your account may be limited or closed and any balance may be withheld under these terms.

Each player may hold one account. One per household, one per IP address, one per device. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under your own details or someone else's, will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds or winnings tied to the duplicate forfeited. You confirm when you register that the information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you. Opening an account using a false name, a borrowed identity, or details belonging to another person is a breach of these terms and may be reported where required by law.

Identity Verification

Before we process your first withdrawal, and at any point we consider necessary, we will ask you to verify your identity, age, and address. This usually means a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and for larger withdrawals, confirmation of the payment method used to fund your account. Interac e-Transfer, card, and crypto deposits may each require different supporting documents. Verification protects your account and ours, and it is standard across regulated and offshore operators alike. We cannot release funds until this step is complete.

Bonus Terms and Wagering

Every bonus we offer, including the welcome package described on our Bonus page, carries its own wagering requirement, a minimum number of times the bonus and, in some cases, the deposit must be played through before any related winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements apply only to games that count toward them: most slots count in full, while table games, live dealer tables, and certain provider titles count at a reduced rate or not at all. Withdrawal Conditions

Interac e-Transfer withdrawals typically land within one business day once approved; crypto withdrawals are usually faster; card withdrawals can take several business days depending on your bank. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal while verification is pending, while a bonus wagering requirement is incomplete, or where we have reasonable grounds to investigate suspicious account activity, including patterns consistent with bonus abuse or payment fraud. If we decline a withdrawal, we will tell you why and what, if anything, you need to provide to resolve it.

Fair Play and Account Restrictions
