Bestodds VIP Club: Five Tiers, Real Rewards

We built the VIP Club around one idea: loyalty should pay off in ways you notice, not just a badge on your account page. Points accumulate automatically as you play slots, table games, or live dealer tables with real money, and those points move you up through five tiers. Each tier carries its own set of perks, and nothing resets unless your account is inactive for an extended period, as detailed in our full Terms and Conditions.

The Five Tiers

Every new player who registers at Bestodds starts in the entry tier automatically. From there, the path upward is driven entirely by play volume, not by how much you deposit. Here is the structure as it stands today.

How Points Are Earned

You do not need to opt in or track anything manually. Every real-money wager placed at Bestodds, whether on a Pragmatic Play slot, a NetEnt table game, or an Evolution Gaming live dealer table, generates VIP points automatically. The rate at which points accrue can vary slightly by game category, since table games and live dealer tables typically carry a different weighting than slots, reflecting their different house edges.

• Slots generally earn points at the standard base rate
• Table games and live dealer tables may earn points at an adjusted rate, shown in your account
• Points accumulate continuously, there is no need to redeem or claim them manually
• Your running point total and current tier are always visible on your account dashboard
• Bonus play and promotional free spins may earn points differently from cash wagers, as outlined in our Bonus terms

Perks at Each Level

The further you climb, the more the VIP Club is designed to save you time and give you a direct line to Bestodds. Faster payouts matter most to our Canadian players, since Interac e-Transfer withdrawals that are typically processed within our standard review window move to expedited handling from Gold tier upward. That means less waiting once a withdrawal request is approved.

Dedicated support is the other core benefit. Bronze and Silver players reach our 24/7 English-language support team through live chat or email. From Platinum upward, you are assigned a personal account host who knows your play history and can handle withdrawal questions, bonus eligibility, or account settings directly, without a queue.

Birthday rewards are a small but consistent touch across Gold, Platinum, and Black tiers: a bonus or free spin pack timed to your birth month, sized according to your tier. As with all rewards, the exact value and any wagering requirement are confirmed in your account and subject to T&Cs.

Black Tier, by Invitation

We do not publish a fixed threshold for Black tier. Our VIP team reviews sustained high-volume play across all game categories and extends an invitation directly to qualifying players. Black tier includes the fastest payout handling we offer, a personal host, and access to bespoke rewards built around how that individual player uses the site.

Responsible Play Within the VIP Club

VIP status is a recognition of play volume, not an incentive to chase a tier. We encourage every player, regardless of level, to set deposit limits and session reminders through their account settings. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, ConnexOntario offers free, confidential support at 1-866-531-2600 or https://www.connexontario.ca/. Bestodds is for players aged 19 and over.
